Bird's nest soup

Ingredients
115g bird’s nest strips
2 dried black mushrooms
a suitable amount of egg yolk shreds
a suitable amount of ham shreds
3 cups stock
Method:
- Wash bird’s nest. Soak until tender. Tear and wash. Drain. Put into a large bowl.
- Soak mushrooms till tender. Wash. Cut into shreds. Arrange mushroom shreds, ham shreds and egg shreds on top of bird’s nest. Pour in stock. Cover with lid. Stew over boiling water for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
