75g soaked superior bird’s nest
38g lotus seeds
2 red dates
75g rock sugar
2 cups water
- Drain bird’s nest
- Wash lotus seeds. Soak in water for 1 hour. Drain.
- Bring 2 cups of water to boil. Pour the syrup into a steaming pot. Then add lotus seeds. Stew over boiling water for 1 ½ hours. Add bird’s nest and stew for 10 minutes. Serve.
