Stewed nest-red dates-lily bulbs

Mini fo tiao qiang-bird's nest

Ingredients

113g soaked bird’s nest piecesĀ 
6 red dates
19g dried lily bulbs
50g rock sugar (crushed)
2 cups boiling water

Method:

  1. Wash red dates. Remove pits. Wash lily bulbs. Soak until tender. Drain. Put into a steaming pot. Add boiling water and rock sugar. Cover with lid.

  2. Bring half wok of water to the boil. Put the steaming pot over the water and stew for 1 hour. Add bird’s nest. Then stew for 10 minutes. Serve.
