Stewed-pigeon-ginseng-bnest

Ingredients

75g soaked superior bird’s nest 
1 pigeon 
225g pork shin 
29g Korean ginseng 
1 slice ginger 
4 cups boiling water

Method:

  1. Wash pigeon and pork shin. Parboil and rinse. Drain.

  2. Cut Korean ginseng into slices. Drain bird’s nest.

  3. Put pigeon, pork shin, Korean ginseng and ginger slice into a steaming pot. Then pour in boiling water. Stew for 2 hours. Remove oil on top. Add bird’s nest and stew for 10 minutes. Season with pinch of salt. Serve.
