75g soaked superior bird’s nest
225g pork shin
29g Korean ginseng
1 slice ginger
4 cups boiling water
- Wash pigeon and pork shin. Parboil and rinse. Drain.
- Cut Korean ginseng into slices. Drain bird’s nest.
- Put pigeon, pork shin, Korean ginseng and ginger slice into a steaming pot. Then pour in boiling water. Stew for 2 hours. Remove oil on top. Add bird’s nest and stew for 10 minutes. Season with pinch of salt. Serve.
